FSA Internet Report
Good and Bad FSA Practices The Financial Services Authority (FSA) recently tester 77 advertisers in the finance and insurance sector, and although the majority of these websites were compliant with the FSA guidelines and regulations, about a quarter of these were found: difficult for consumers to navigate and failed to sign-post key information."
According to the FSA, some of these sites are clearly misleading for Internet users. With sponsored ads leading to those sites advertising free services when they are not, small prints and fees sometimes very difficult to be found and even out of date information.
